Kingdom Kidz (Infant-Grade 5)
Jesus said, “‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these’…he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.” Jesus absolutely loves children and children’s ministry! And so do we.
Parents are grateful for the scores of volunteers who joyfully serve in Children’s ministry. It really is top notch. From infancy through fifth grade we have a safe and inspiring environment for your children to learn about God.
Praise & Worship
The Praise & Worship ministry is a team of members who lead the congregation in worship each Sunday. Singing a mix of contemporary christian, gospel, traditional and original music, we set the tone for service and prepare the body to receive the word of God.
NExTGen Website
We are influencing the next generation for Christ! Our youth ministry is a ministry environment that meets on Sunday mornings and on selected weekend nights where our teens learn to prioritize their relationship with Christ, be a positive influence among their friends, and experience personal spiritual growth while having fun. We have a great team of youth workers who are passionate about mentoring and helping teens and families grow.
Women’s Ministry
The Women's ministry offers programs and events throughout the year, tailored to the unique needs of women in our congregation and community. Our goal is to ensure that women are uplifted and spiritually mature so that they are equipped for the calling God has given them.
FUSE MINISTRY
College Age & Young Adults
To light a fuse, means to ignite or kickstart an activity, and cause a chain reaction. That’s exactly what our college age and young adult ministry is all about. Our hope is to build Faith Upon Spiritual Encouragement, by fostering relationships with one another, engaging in fun fellowship, and spreading the Word through the hearts of young adults in our area. Saturday Serve
Join us on Saturdays as we serve the least in our community. During the holidays we also provide food baskets, donations, and toys for needy families in the Washington DC area.
